Customer Assistance Representatives
GBP21300 to GBP22300 per annum
Increasing to GBP22K and GBP23K after training

As part of our ongoing expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Assistance Representatives to join our teams
Responsibilities
The role will involve building relationships and communicating with existing and prospective customers in person at branch and via phone and email communications.
The successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities from warm sales and marketing to handling customer requests and will need to be a great team player.
This role offers fantastic progression opportunities via the in house training and development programmes.
We are looking for an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, who enjoys problem solving and working with customers and colleagues alike to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
You will be able to demonstrate a keen work ethic and be looking to work in a fast paced, customer facing environment.

This is a full time position working 42 hours per week Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings, although applicants requiring flexible working will also be considered for this position
