This is a great opportunity to join a small support team as a First Line Support Engineer on a full time basis. You will be providing first line support to internal staff and act as a point of contact to help with business applications, systems and all IT related issues.

Responsibilities:

Log all incidents and requests
Chase incident/ request progress and provide regular updates
Assist with new user accounts and password resets
Ensure all users have the correct access to applicationsEssential:

GCSE or equivalent standard of English and Maths.
Experience in IT support
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (including 365 versions)Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
Hybrid working will be available - two days in the office and three days at home
