Claims Team Leader - Travel Claims

Are you someone who knows how to motivate and lead a team?
Wild Recruitment recruiting for a Claims Team Leader for one of our prestigious clients. You will be responsible for the allocation of work throughout the team.
This role is diverse and will place you at the heart of our customer journey, so you ll need to come with a strong appetite to lead a team in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment.
Experience:
Previous managerial or supervisory experience, preferably in a travel claims environment or customer service role
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Effective communication skills and good telephone mannerSalary and Benefits:
GBP29,000 - GBP31,000 per annum
Incremental holiday plan. 25 days a year, plus 8 public holidays
Sponsorship for apprenticeships and professional qualifications
Contributory pension scheme

Additional pay for foreign language speakers (starting from GBP948 for one language up to GBP2,342 for 4 languages)
