CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - RUGBY - GBP23,000 - GBP24,000 - MONDAY - FRIDAY 09.00AM - 5.30PM SOME HYBRID WORKING!!!
Main responsibilities:
Answering incoming customer enquiries in a polite, friendly and professional manner
Acting as a first point of contact to log, follow up and resolve customer queries, escalating where necessary to the relevant section within the organisation
Identifying areas where improvements can be made to the software or our internal processes.
Provide specific support relating to the company's software
Reporting customer trends and issues to senior management where appropriate
Assisting with marketing material where required e.g. update of user manuals and articles in our help centre, research blog topics etc
Other ad hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the businessOur ideal candidate will:
Have a real desire to expand your skill set and grow within an up-start company
Be confident with using a range of computer softwares
Be a quick and keen learner, able to operate in a fast-paced environment
Have a positive, friendly and ''can do" attitude
Have proven excellent customer service skills
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
Have the ability to meet tight deadlines whilst balancing a diverse workload
Work well independently and as part of a team
Be comfortable and capable working with confidential information
Have good working knowledge of Google Business Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite
What they offer:
Competitive salary of GBP23,000 per annum depending on skills and experience (we may have flexibility for the right candidate).
Hybrid working conditions (Fixed 3 days in office)
