Up to GBP24,000 basic + OTE GBP33,000 per annum

This is more than your usual sales role as you'll form a consultative and collaborative partnership with our clients. Utilising your exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, you ll build strong relationships with clients by offering the best solutions that work for their business.
Your role as a Telesales Executive will be to contact UK business owners who have expressed an interest in our products or services through our effective marketing material and campaigns. This means no cold calling as all of our leads are warm!
We are looking for someone who has high energy and drive, someone with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers. You'll be inquisitive, someone who can ask open ended questions and identify business needs. You ll bring strong influencing skills, someone who is able to successfully encourage customers to expand their product range by cross selling additional products or services to help both BSI and their business to grow.
Your skills and expertise:
As a Telesales Executive, you will;
Have worked in a sales environment where you will have focused on needs based selling - either face to face or on the phone.
Be both target and quality focused.
Always be looking for ways to improve- we are an innovate business and we're always introducing new products and services.
Be a natural problem solver with the ability to escalate issues or problems concisely.
