Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Salary: GBP19,500 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
Our client is keen to recruit an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in Swindon.
Job Requirements
To be the first point of contact for inbound calls.
Understanding and communicating up to date information on products and services
Identifying booking opportunities and leads.
Discuss the current difficulties with service users, advise what will happen next and inform of any potential costs.
Contact patients on how they found the experience
Refer patients if they are experiencing any issues
Triage calls for any customers requiring specific appointments
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Strong communication skills.
Ability to achieve high standards at all times and be able to use initiative and creativity.
Positive 'can do attitude, with a desire to exceed expectations.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good IT/literacy and attention to detail.
Strong time management skills and ability to take responsibility for own workload
Good customer service skills
A professional, approachable nature.
Proactive approach to problem solving.
GCSE s grade C or above in Maths and English
