Adecco are proud to be recruiting for a Sales Quality Assurance Coach, on behalf of a great company who value their employees greatly!
In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation and evolution of a calls, designed to assess our sales team and identify individual development opportunities to help our sales agents reach their sales potential.
Salary - GBP30k-GBP32k
Hours - Monday - Friday, 35 hours p/week.
Location - Chester

Main duties and responsibilities:
Review a cross section of the sales floor calls with a particular focus on Sales Executives.
Give relevant constructive feedback to the respective Sales Executive and schedule future coaching sessions.
Complete accurate quality assessment forms for each call / demo reviewed and ensure a consistent approach to the scoring is applied.
Co-ordinate Sales Executive assessments, identifying trends and consistent needs, making recommendations for beneficial sales training.
Key Requirements:
Experience working in a B2B sales environment.
Highly proficient in all office packages and Microsoft Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience presenting to, and influencing executives, managers and peers.
