Finance Officer
Do you have a background in Finance?

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our current team. The post holder will be responsible to the Managers, assisting in the continuity of service and supporting the management team.
Main Duties Responsibilities:
Processing payments
Monitoring petty cash
Processing claims & invoices
Maintaining accounts software
Maintaining income & expenditure trackers
Raising & chasing queries
Processing monthly payroll & pensions
Reporting fortnightly and monthly to the senior leadership team
Preparing annual accounts
A successful candidate will have the following attributes:
The ability to work efficiently effectively, and professionally in a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrate that you will be open to improving everything that you do.
Have an ability to consider and implement new solutions.
Be accountable for your own actions.
Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of quality of care.
Experience Required:
Experience of Bookkeeping (Inc. Formally Accredited Training) and Payroll
Experience with the Systmone clinical software, and NHS Pensions is desirable but not essential.
The post includes membership of the NHS pension scheme.
