Eclectic Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced customer service representative to join our client on a temporary basis. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service with excellent communication and organisation skills, good at workload prioritisation and able to work as part of a team and independently. Attention to detail is critical in this role, whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
As Customer Service Advisor you will
Process customer orders accurate to customer requirements
Plan orders following production lead times and customer consolidation requests
Liaise with the planning team for any urgent requests
Follow up with the logistics team on any shipment delays or queries
Process purchase orders with our third-party suppliers
Raise warranty return requests
Process credit notes and invoices
Keep customers updated on the status of their orders
Investigate and respond to customer enquiries, collaborating with internal teams when needed
Person Specification:
Customer focused individual who can work individually and deliver as part of a team
Flexible attitude towards business needs and changing priorities
Service-oriented with strong communication skills to manage interactions with internal and external stakeholders
Have experience in a similar role working with international customers
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and prioritisation skills
Experience in a Customer service or administration role
Knowledge of Oracle ERP system will be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar portal will be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
