Ships are sailing, shops are selling and we are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR department and manage the recruitment process from attraction through to verbal acceptance. You will be part of a busy and fast paced team recruiting retail sales staff to work on board luxury cruise ships all over the world.

About the role:
Harding operate a flexible working policy for head office roles.
As a recruiter, you will be supporting the candidates through their recruitment journey. The Internal Recruiter will perform individual video and group video interviews with candidates from around the world. Once Covid / quarantine restrictions are lifted, the role will require global travel to interview groups of candidates.
The successful candidate you will ideally have proven experience of working in a high-volume recruitment environment including sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates. You will be attracting, selecting and promoting the right individuals to the right roles on the right ships. Other responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online and ensuring the volume of staff recruited matches the current needs of the retail teams on board.
Ultimately, you are the first person that someone applying to Harding meets so your role will help us build and maintain a strong brand, whilst ensuring we provide a positive candidate experience.
Screen CV s and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
Manage candidate data and progression inside our Applicant Tracking System (Talos)
Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, video and group video interviews
Run face to face Group Interviews either in the UK or overseas with groups of up to 30 applicants (once Covid and travel restrictions are lifted sufficiently to allow this)
Evaluate candidates based on their video screening and interview performance and group interview
Facilitate the handover of candidates to the Pre-Boarding and Scheduling team
Source candidates through online channels and databases
Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks
Collaborate with hiring managers and Recruitment Manager to write job ads
Report to Recruitment Manager on the status of candidates and process
Answer candidates queries regarding the application process
Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
Participate in job fairs to boost company s reputation
Help new hires onboard
About you:
Strong recruitment experience required, with a candidate-focused approach
Ideally experience with internal or RPO recruitment
High volume recruitment experience from within Retail, Hospitality or similar
Experience using various interview formats (e.g. , F2F, structured, )
Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience of using CV databases to source candidates
Solid understanding of full-cycle resourcing and recruiting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to recruit globally for retail roles on board a cruise ship
Public speaking or group presenting experience
Team player focused on giving quality of service both internally and to the candidate experience
