About the role:
Efficient response to all customers calls, emails and live chat enquiries
Working closely with multiple teams within the business
Proving first line support
Exposure to how the company operates and an insight to the insurance industry
Raising tickets and resolving issues effectively and efficiently
Key Requirements:
Self-motivated individual
Willingness to learn new skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Problem solving approach
Customer service skills
