An award winning, top-rated business is expanding their team and recruiting for a HR Assistant.

The HR team is responsible for the full range of HR services including, recruitment and resourcing, learning and development, reward and benefits, employee engagement and employee relations.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of HR with day-to-day supervision from the HR Managers.

Hybrid working offered- 3 days working from home

Salary- GBP23,000-GBP26,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Absence Management: Keeping track of sickness records, dealing with holiday and sickness absence queries and producing monthly reports to identifying patterns and areas of concern.
Recruitment: Creating and advertising vacancies, responding to all applications appropriately and assisting with interview arrangements, room bookings etc
Employee Process and Procedures: Undertaking the complete starter process; issuing offer letters, contracts and starter packs and coordinating the probation review process for all new starters and issuing acknowledgement of resignations and leaver letters
HR Database Administration: Ensuring the database is up to date with movers, leavers and joiners, updating holiday entitlement and preparing monthly and adhoc reports for management
General Administration: Processing of invoices, on-going updating of staff database including salary, pension, maternity leave, name, address and job title changes etc and assisting the Head of HR with annual budget preparation
What we need from you:

HR or recruitment administration experience within a professional services environment OR be a graduate with a relevant HR qualification
To be a personable, highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Highly IT literate with strong systems skills
Knowledge and experience of PeopleHR would be advantageous
