We now have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Internal Resourcer to join our expanding Recruitment Team. Ideally, you will be a driven and passionate individual with previous resourcing experience. Although previous experience is not essential, having excellent attention to detail is.
You should ideally live within a commutable distance of our Fleet, Hampshire Head Office as this role will require weekly attendance (1-2 days per week, depending on hours). You will need to be confident, personable, and highly organised, with excellent communication skills.
Core hours are Monday to Friday 9am -5.30pm, however this role has the flexibility to accommodate part-time hours for the right candidate.
The key responsibilities will be:
Monitoring Watchdogs and identifying suitable prospective candidates
Conducting proactive CV-Library database searches
Conducting proactive LinkedIn searches
Making initial outreach contact with prospective candidates to discuss opportunities
Producing candidate longlists for Internal Recruiters/Hiring Managers
Progressing to support Internal Recruiters with the candidate shortlisting process (pre-screening, set interview questions, etc)
Providing administrative support to the Internal Recruiters
Collating insights and intelligence from outbound search activity
Requirements
Being able to manage and prioritise a busy workload
Experience of resourcing in either in-house or agency environment (preferred)
Experience of working in a team and to strict deadlines
Must be self-motivated, driven and confident
Confident communicator and excellent attention to detail
Experience with an ATS / CRM is preferable
