About the Trainee Manager Opportunity:
Working with the Account Manager you will take the job brief and person specification from your client
Following our robust resourcing process, you will create an innovative advertising campaign across both job boards and linkedIn to attract both active and passive job seekers
Prepare relevant candidate profiles for submission to your clients and follow up to arrange interviews with candidates
Take candidate debrief sessions and arrange feedback calls to clients
Job offers and confirmation
Ensuring that candidates are settled in their new roles and that both client and candidate are satisfied
Person specification for the Trainee Account Manager:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to build strong relationships via the phone
Has a proactive approach to learning and self development
Excels in a fast paced environment
Is a self starter who takes the initiative
