Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with an award winning organisation based within the Watford area. My client have an exciting opportunity to join one of their well established teams to work within the Customer Resolutions team. The suitable candidate will have previous experience within customer service, be a natural problem solver, and enjoy helping customers resolve any problems they may have.
Salary - GBP25-28k pa including great company benefits
Hybrid working - must be able to get to Watford
Some of the duties will include:
Managing escalated customer complaints through to resolution
Providing a high level of customer service over the phone
Carry out thorough investigation to each individual complaint
Keeping inhouse system up to date with updated customer details
Utilising inhouse system to gather information around customer complaints
Utilising problem solving skills to get to resolution within a timely manner
Working well as part of a team
The suitable candidate:
Previous experience within customer service
Excellent people skills with strong listening skills
The ability to problem solve
Empathetic to different customer scenarios
A strong team player
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage their own workload
