Our client is a local independent company, who specialise in insurances primarily for the housing, lettings and estate agency market, are seeking a professional candidate to fulfil the role available within their fun yet professional company in Telemarketing. This role is vital for the company, as you'll be establishing new clients on a business to business basis, arranging meetings to take place, as well as liaising with current clients to continue building the professional working relationship. An experienced individual is preferred, however if you have a background in telesales, naturally talkative, have a passion for sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for your career to start as training will be provided, along with progression.
Here's a little more as to what the role will generally entail:-
- Conducting outbound call to generate leads/referrals
- Taking incoming calls from clients and customers alike
- Assisting with policy renewals
- Arranging meetings for new clients to meet the Sales Team
- Managing client accounts.
The successful candidate must have the following:-
- Sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Telesales experience (ideally)
- Professional telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Reliable/Punctual
- Motivated
- Target driven
- Capable of problem solving
- Are proactive, rather than reactive
- Organised
- Able to upsell naturally
Our client in return shall:-
- Be offering a basic salary of GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 (depending on experience)
- Additional commission structure for leads/meetings/referrals with an OTE of GBP26,000 (uncapped)
- Holiday Entitlement of 28 days including public bank holidays
- Pension contribution of 3%
- Professional development within the company
