I am partnered with a manufacturing giant based in Warwick seeking a number of Accounts Payable Clerks to join their growing finance team. Following high levels of growth over the last few years, my client are now expanding their finance team to maintain their impeccable service levels.
The brand are seeking new or experienced AP Clerks, can provide full training on the systems, however it's crucial you can cope under pressure and have a can do, go getter attitude! Offering a salary ranging from GBP22-25k depending on experience, exceptional progression opportunities, hybrid working and more, these are opportunities not to be missed!
It is key you can adapt within a fast paced environment and are keen to solve queries and provide A customer service. Your suppliers are a vital connections within the business, therefore it's essential you can develop relationships and ensure accuracy in invoicing is second to none.
The successful AP Clerks will be welcomed into a successful, thriving business looking for superstars to progress through the ranks! This is a truly exciting time for this brand, following acquisitions over the last few years, growth is significant yet stable.
Key responsibilities:
Processing high volumes of invoices and transactions
Resolve vendor invoice queries
Check vendor statements and identify any discrepancies
Using the SAP system to match, batch and code invoicesA bit about you:
Experience with SAP would be beneficial, however isn't essential
Personable and keen to develop your knowledge
Experience in a finance environment
