This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator / Coordinator with recruitment and/or HR industry sector experience, to join a fast-growing organisation and support in the delivery of an effective and compliant supply chain from point of enrolment and throughout the partnership.

Key Responsibilities:
You will report directly into the Supplier Engagement Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the Business Partners with the successful onboarding of new suppliers and continued successful partnerships with existing suppliers. Maintain a high-quality supply chain through audits to ensure full compliance of contractual requirements.

Skills set required:

Must have strong administrative/ coordination experience
Ideally recruitment/ HR industry sector experience
Experience in customer services, account management or sales is advantageous
Ability to support a busy office environment
Methodical approach
Exceptional communication skills
Flexible and 'can do' approach and ability to work using own initiative
Excellent attention to detail and strong IT knowledge and experience
