We are currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to work in Stevenage.
Our client is a main contractor focusing on the social housing sector in reactive works and planned maintenance; you will be responsible for acting as the company s representation to the residents across the contract.
Jobs duties/responsibilities:
Maintain and develop client/customer and tenant relationships.
Have a good understanding of the contracts and set requirements.
Be able to communicate/ provide any relevant information effectively and handle any customer-based duties such as: visits, interviews, surveys, and complaints.
Admin duties. Long term role available.
Previous experience preferred, CSCS card would also be desirable, looking for the right candidate who is able to start immediately. Social housing experience
