We are currently looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to join a wholesale supplier based in Leicester. This is an exciting opportunity to kick start your career in the wholesale industry, focusing on Fashion and Accessories accounts. The ideal candidate will be motivated, supporting the sales team and the business with their good well-rounded skill set.

Key Requirements:

Excellent computer skills, including MS office and Excel

High level of numeracy and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong interest in ethical fashion!

Key Responsibilities:

Keying customer orders, ensuring the right prices are updated, managing, arranging and documenting customer shipments

Ensure all orders raised are in correct delivery month. Keep updated with changes where necessary to ensure reporting is correct

Key point of contact across several accounts

Management of distribution of brands across Zalando platform. Including allocation of product/stock management/pricing architecture. Review sales and react accordingly

Communicating with accounts / finance dept on customer balances, forecasting of shipment values

Update weekly/monthly sales overview, differentiating best and worst sellers, sell throughs, and ways to promote slower stock

Preparing seasonal product analysis -sales figures by style/country/agent

Communicate feedback to the merchandiser, buyer & design teams

Assist with all other ad hoc analysis

Summary of orders split by category to be produced weekly for Merchandiser (brand specific)

Help with co-ordination support on wholesale

Supporting Wholesale data entry on budget and historical trade

Working to the department seasonal Critical Path to meet all deadlines

Dealing with issues arising with orders both internally and externally

Problem solving approach, provides solutions without guidance

Maintaining sales orders in the critical path in Zedonk

Liaising with production team regarding critical path on stock availability, to support correct wholesale account management (late deliveries, cancellations, part shipping)

Set up of new accounts and maintenance of existing accounts, ensuring all is up to date, and any related documents are saved to the Customer
