Our client is a leading independent professional services consultancy at the forefront of risk, pensions, investment, and insurance.Due to maternity leave, they are looking for an enthusiastic Events Operations Manager to join their friendly and experienced Marketing team on a 12-month fixed term or contract basis.

Responsibilities of the role include:
Managingthe successful organisation of our client sseminars, conferences, webinars, hospitality, external conferences, and external exhibitions against business and marketing objectives, on time and within budget.
Leading weekly operation meetings with the events team.
Supporting,implementingand maintainingInformation Security procedures and activities in accordance withour client s information security policy.
Attendingand managingevents on-site where necessary.
Required skills and qualifications:
Extensive experience competently delivering events end to end (both in person and virtual).
Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
Significant experience in an events or marketing role within professional services is preferred.
