Building Surveyor - Residential
GBP35 per hour (Umbrella) Rolling contract
If you are a Building Surveyor experienced in the management of diagnosis, Specification and management of works on residential properties in particular Damp then this contract could be ideal for you.
This role is to design, specify and project manage the delivery of repair, maintenance and improvement works to Council property. This includes all aspects of building contract administration, repairs advice and day-to-day monitoring and progress reporting of projects in progress including assessment of the condition of buildings and associated remedial work.
