Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Hatfield - Hertfordshire
Salary: Competitive, plus bonuses and incentives
Working Hours: Full time
We are currently looking for a driven RESOURCER for our branch based in Hatfield Hertfordshire. This is a newly created opportunity for the business due to continued success in the company. The newly appointed Recruitment Resourcer will ideally have previous experience in a similar role however, someone who is familiar with working to and following detailed briefs will be considered. You will be joining a hot desk with instant earning potential.
The Role:
Work to briefs outlined by internal stakeholders and source talent in relation to these
Produce creative adverts in order to increase candidate attraction
Present candidates in a standardised format
Pre screen potential candidates for positions
Ensure to build relationships with candidates and internal team members
Always ensure to update candidates throughout the recruitment processThe Person:
Previous experience in a similar role ideal
Proactive and driven attitude
Methodical and process driven
Confident in speaking to a variety of individuals on different levelsBenefits: Competitive salary, generous bonus, onsite parking, opportunities for progression
