Our client is one of the UK's largest, progressive and most innovative leisure centre operators. They are currently looking to recruit an Contract Manager to oversees 2 of their leading sports and leisure facilities/centres based in North Somerset.
More about your role
You will be responsible for the management and delivery of a number of key objectives across two of our clients busy leisure centres in North Somerset. These include driving and retaining membership numbers, financial performance, operational effectiveness, meeting our clients high health and safety standards and leading your team to provide excellent customer service.

With a well-developed career in leisure, ideally you will be a member of the CIMSPA. A natural leader you will motivate and inspire staff to go the extra mile for our clients customers. You should have experience of working in a financial results focussed environment and be comfortable reporting operational performance and KPIs to clients
