I am looking for an IT support proffesional to join an up and coming marketing firm in Derby.
The successful 1st Line Support/1st Line Engineer will be asked to join a small team dealing with tickets via a ticketing system and supporting all 1st Line queries. Aswell as dealing with deployments and removals of desktops and large printers, among other things.
In order to be suitable you must be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar 1st Line Support/1st Line Engineer role. You must also show the ability to gel well with the team, whilst also being able to adapt quickly to a new enviroment.
