Do you have experience in life insurance, or IVA / debt management sales?
Our client has been established since 2013 as a Life Insurance Brokerage based right in the heart of Manchester in newly refurbished offices.
Our client is on the hunt for experienced Sales Advisors who are ready for their next challenge
What you ll be doing:
• You will receive circa 10-15 pre-qualified live hot keys per day for either i) review of their existing policy ii) quote for new cover
• Following the business process, you will complete a fact find with your customer to understand their needs before presenting your recommendation of the required product/s
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing quality advice with every fact find, making sure you have everything documented in our CRM
• Managing your time effectively is key as we are fast-paced, and we have lots of customer needs to meet
• Ensuring that FCA and internal regulatory standards for advice provision are met
What they re looking for:
• 1 years experience in Financial Services
• Previously received hot keys from a call centre
• A great communicator with a professional telephone manner
• A highly motivated individual with a drive to deliver sales targets and outstanding customer outcomes
• The ability to build great rapport with clients through a consultative approach
What they ll do for you:
• Provide full training and support for the role to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to overachieve
• Ensure you are kept up to date with any product or regulatory changes
• Continue to develop your skills
• Invest in you to help further your career in the sector (CII qualifications, CMAP etc)
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday 09:45 - 18:45
Friday 10:00 - 16:00 EARLY FINISH ON A FRIDAY!
