My client based in South East London, is currently looking for a HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months ongoing at the rate of GBP21.73 an hour umbrella.
This is a senior advisory role and the person may be required to deputise for the HR Manager. Candidates will have the credibility and confidence together with a detailed understanding of a complex public sector organisation to work closely with, and coach, managers to meet their current and future people needs
They will be supporting Directors and senior managers across a varied workload and will need to quickly build positive and effective relationships to deliver the best outcomes across the employee life-cycle including resourcing, performance management, dismissal appeals, complex employee relations cases. Strong change management experience supporting organisational restructures is essential and TUPE transfers.
They will have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. The broad scope of the role requires a solutions-focused approach, supported by well-developed analytical planning, excellent practice knowledge and strong organisational skills. This role will require someone who is customer focused and high standards of achievements.
