Company Accountant - GBP50,000 Basic Salary + Excellent Benefits Package
Office Location: Milton Keynes
A highly influential role for an experienced Company Accountant or Financial Accountant to join a global, market leading manufacturer of consumer goods. This vitally important position where you will be responsible for leading the finance team and managing the financial function of the business, sitting amongst the management team within the company.
Key responsibilities within the position will include Management Accounts, Budgets, Statutory Reporting, Payroll, Cash Flow & Expense Control and Operational Support. You will have direct reports, who will support with the different financial aspects of the company
You will also be tasked with providing financial & management reports to key stakeholders, these include the Managing Director, other senior managers, and external agencies.
What is required from you?
Ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, but this is not essential as relevant role experience is more important.
Will have extensive experience in leading a financial function of a business e.g., leading teams of 2-6 people.
Previous experience working closely and reporting with owner-managers and senior management teams
Will lead by example, with the ability to deal with hands-on responsibilities and tasks as well as senior management level responsibilities
