Facilities/Estates Co-Ordinator
Location: Cambridge
Hours: Monday - Friday, full-time or part-time - we are happy to discuss flexible working patterns
Annual Salary: GBP21,840 - GBP26,907
Contract: Permanent
EAAA operates 24/7 across four counties. The Estates Co-Ordinator will play a key role in the operation by overseeing the efficient day-to-day running of the Cambridge Operational base, ensuring that staff have the resources, support, and facilities they need in order to work to high standards, and that all visitors, guests and customers have an excellent experience.
Within this varied role, you will work alongside the Estates manager to help deliver key infrastructure and business change projects; you will liaise with key Cambridge Airport staff in order to arrange contractor visits and ensure security processes are being adhered to; and you will work closely with the operations team, assisting with regular checks and processes at the Cambridge Base.
The role will primarily be based at Cambridge Airport however some travel to EAAA s office in Melbourn, and occasional travel to EAAA s Norwich HQ may be required.
With experience of working within a facilities or estates supervisory role, you will have an understanding of Health & Safety legislation including risk assessments. You will be an excellent communicator, quickly building and maintaining effective professional relationships with colleagues, volunteers and external contacts.
