Part Time HR Officer - 12-month fixed term contract, with flexible / hybrid working options available.

The Role - HR Officer
Reporting to the Financial Controller, as HR Officer you will have the opportunity to take on a varied role consisting mostly of HR related duties, supporting our UK-based team consisting of 28 colleagues. You ll also support our Finance team in specific areas as needed, following training. Your duties will include:
Organising / streamlining HR processes
Liaising with legal advisors regarding HR-related issues
Managing monthly payroll and checking the final reports
Preparing and providing data for monthly HR reports
Administering time management via our SAP SuccessFactors software
Managing the administration of our Global Learning Platform
Assisting with recruitment processes, and administering employee records (new hires / leavers)
Administering the Pension scheme auto-enrolment and payment processes
Managing the annual review process
Supporting the Finance team with contacting customers for credit control and approving bank payments
The Package
Highly competitive salary, plus generous bonus scheme (immediately eligible)
12-month fixed term contract, working 3 days per week (or equivalent to suit you) between 8:45am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am to 4:30pm on Friday

Our Requirements - HR Officer
Proven experience gained in a HR role, comfortable managing HR processes autonomously
Ability to look for improvement in processes
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Ability to organise, multi-task and plan workload
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work alone and as part of a team
Although not essential, a HR related qualification and / or previous experience working with SAP would be advantageous.
