HR Administrator - Marlow or Exeter upto GBP25k DOE

My client a very successful, global flavourings company is looking to recruit a HR administrator / HR Assistant / HR graduate / HR support / HR advisor.

This is a newly created role and is initially a 12 month contract. The ideal person will be based in either Marlow (Essex) or Exeter (somerset) and will support the Hr managers based at both locations. The role will be hybrid working 2 to 3 days office based. This role will ideally suit a candidate will ideally be looking for an industry placement or will have just completed a HR or Business Studies qualification

The role and duties:

To provide value added and efficient customer focused general HR administrative support. Working with colleagues within the HR team to deliver excellent customer service.

Recruitment & Onboarding

Liaise with agencies and set up interviews (diary appointments, room bookings, set up recruitment tests).
Carry out references and obtain documentation ensuring eligibility to work in UK.
Produce offer letters, contracts of employment and any other relevant documentation to candidates/new starters.
Ensuring all new employees are issued with correct contractual terms and conditions.
Contractual changes

Process all relevant paperwork and system input for employee contractual changes.
Exit

Process all relevant paperwork and system input for leavers.
Carry out Exit Interviews with leavers.
HR Systems & Data Integrity

Ensure the HR system is updated and data is 100% accurate and proactively run data audits and data integrity exercises.
Develop and produce standard and ad-hoc reports as required.
Support the HR Team with data requests, to ensure they have the correct data/Management Information needed to manage activity and casework.
Management of employee s sickness and holiday.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. PC literate. Excellent attention to detail
Good organisation skills and the ability to plan workload to achieve tight deadlines
The flexibility and ability to work under pressure within a team environment
Ability to use own initiative, as well as be part of a team
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all dealings and correspondence
Willing to study for CIPD/HR professional development courses
