Pre-flight Customer Logistics Administrator - GBP11 per hour - 8 weeks - Luton
The role will be to ensure that customers journey and experience is seamless throughout the Airport network, process pre-departure booking integration issues, operational reseating changes and catering requirements. Holiday change pre-flight customer logistics, ensure bookings are fixed so customers can manage their own bookings, liaise with our internal and external customers, this is an exciting opportunity with a huge level of activity, working with multiple business areas, be responsible for monitoring and maintaining passenger data ready for when check in opens.
Candidates will have excellent customer service, analytical and problem solving skills attention to detail and motivated with a can do attitude.
