Our client is now looking for an experienced Paralegal with 12 months experience ideally working within a Residential Property Team to join an established Law Firm.

Reports to: Solicitor
Previous Experience: Previously worked within a Residential Property Department
High Street Law Firm Offering Full Time
The duties will include:
Providing Legal assistance to a Solicitor, from pre-instruction to post completion.
Ad hoc duties
Drafting documents
Dealing with client enquires, and third parties.
Carrying out searches
Dealing with SDLT, Land Registry, AP1 etc
Ideal candidates
Our client wishes to see candidates drawn from the widest possible background. Strong academics are important, solid communication skills and strong drafting skills.
