Role: Retail Customer Relations Host (Front of House)

Greeting potential customers
Understanding customer needs and directing them to the correct team specialist
Capture key information to be used by other colleagues to build a person-specific solution
Dealing effectively and enthusiastically with manageable customer requestsWhat are we looking for?
