As an Account Manager in our Client Services Department, you will be able to harnessing relationships with clients in a diverse and challenging business climate. We are seeking a professional like you to support our business targets by delivering sales results. This position is responsible for sales activities from lead generation through contract signing and client follow-ups for achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

What You Will Accomplish Here
Our customers are manufacturers, regulators and operators within the Gambling industry. This is a customer service/sales-focused position for someone who will not only foster and maintain business relationships with clients, but who will also have on opportunity to oversee and cultivate a team of professionals ultimately supporting them to provide sustainable value. This position:

Meets with clients to negotiate and secure business and maintain relationships

Ensures clients are provided professional, courteous and timely support

Maintains a strong understanding of gaming regulations, processes and procedures

Participates in tradeshows

Supports and implements strategic plan
