Location: Reading
Type: Full time, permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
Our client is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their busy team. This is a hands-on role where you will recruit across a wide range of positions from technical engineering to functional support.
The role:
Working closely with the hiring managers across the business, advising on best practice and recruiting across multidisciplinary business lines
Revising direct sourcing strategies
Assisting the development of candidate pipelinesThe person:
Experienced recruiting professional
Confident communicator
Proven ability to successfully manage and influence your hiring managers
High organised
proven ability to manage high volume, direct sourcing recruitment
Strong attention to detail
