Call Handler - Chelmsford
Adecco Chelmsford are currently recruiting Call Handlers for our reputable client based in Chelmsford. The ideal candidate will have Customer Service experience and excellent attention to detail. This is an exciting position, within a friendly and busy work environment. Suitable for anyone looking to gain experience within an office or someone with office experience that is looking to utilise their transferable skillsets.
DUTIES
Answering inbound calls from existing and potential clients
Taking enquires and booking in services
Dealing with customers and resolving issues as they arise
Logging information on the company database
Understanding clients needs and escalating queries when neededDESIRED SKILLS
Good communication skills
Experience dealing with the general public/customers
Team player
Strong attention to detail Type: Temp Ongoing (3 Months, potentially longer)
Hours: Multiple shifts available. Working 5 out of 7 days a week including 3 weekend days out of 30 days
Shift 1: 7:00am til 3:30pm
Shift 2: 10:30am til 7:00pm
Salary: GBP9.81 per hour
Location: Chelmsford
Successful candidates must have a valid DBS or be happy to undergo a check
