URGENT OPENING
We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work for a well established sales and lettings agents based in Tunbridge Wells.
The role will involve taking on new lettings and liaising with landlords, dealing with lettings enquiries, negotiating rates and carrying out site visits.
Benefits include: Car parking, commission, 20 days leave plus bank holidays and mileage allowance.
Hours are Monday to Friday 1000 to 1830 with every other Sat morning.
Experience preferred but candidates with a sales / customer service background will be considered.
Interested candidates will need to have their own transport and a full driving licence
