Bridge Recruitment Ltd (acting as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client) currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Marketing Consultant to join one of their clients based close to the heart of York!
Salary of GBP32,000 per annum
37.5 hours working week, Monday to Friday

Your new role as a Senior Marketing Consultant
Planning, developing and delivering marketing plans within budget using a range of marketing channels with the goal of growing company market share within the intermediary market.
Developing, executing and managing marketing campaigns from start to finish
Regularly monitoring MI and environmental scanning to provide recommendations and commentary to the Senior Marketing Manager for monthly, quarterly, and annual evaluations
Working closely with external agencies and other stakeholders to produce relevant content and collateral that supports sales conversion
Carefully managing key provider relationships to support the delivery of the Marketing strategy in line with company policies & procedures
Fully optimising campaign plans, adapting where necessary to support strategic business objectives
Providing accurate forecasts of targets and spend per channel
Working with wider stakeholders within the marketing team to ensure delivery of campaign plans to agreed target and budget
About you
Significant experience working within a marketing environment, strong understanding of B2B consumer behaviour
Excellent copywriting skills and experience with budget management
Able to effectively manage people directly or indirectly within a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
CRM and marketing automation knowledge and experience (previous experience with Salesforce and Pardot would be an advantage)
Experience of working in an FCA regulated environment would be an advantage
