Commercial Account Manager- Thetford - GBP30,000 + Commission
We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Account Manager on behalf of our Thetford based client, this is a fantastic business experiencing growth and a role perfect for someone with Account Management experience!
Salary: GBP30,000 + Commission
Hours: Monday-Friday (40 hour week)
Holiday: 20 days + Bank Holidays
Benefits: Uncapped commission earnings, death in service, private medical insurance, annual profit share scheme
Job Responsibilities:
Working with the lead generation team to convert potential customers into new clients
To build lasting relationships with clients and to make regular contact via email and phone to potential, existing and lapsed clients
Log all quotes and process all orders to ensure service level and delivery requirements are met
To work alongside the other internal departments of the business including Transport and Credit to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
Answer customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
What are we looking for?
Previous Account Management experience
Highly motivated and driven to achieve targets
Excellent customer service skills with great history of building relationships
Someone that enjoys selling products and services on the phone
Good IT skills with the ability to competently use Microsoft Office
Ability to organise workload and manage time effectively
