Heat Recruitment are recruiting for a Digital Marketing - SEO & PPC Lead to join are expanding Marketing team in Bristol.

You will lead the digital performance marketing efforts, with a high emphasis on digital acquisition, including:
Deliver the digital marketing targets, across all our digital channels and drive improvement on ROAS
Strategy, creation and daily optimisation of digital advertising channels
Manage our SEO and deliver technical tasks to our external development agency, while running inhouse optimization activity and collaborating on content strategy
You will be tracking against our performance targets and working with our recruitment divisions to deliver acquisition growth through all digital channels
Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to increase online conversion rates
Analysing performance data to produce digital marketing strategy and performance optimisation reports and recommendations
Technical Experience we are looking for:
Experience within a digital / performance marketing role
A working knowledge of Google Analytics is essential
Experience working with Google Ads (Search and Display specifically) and paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram)
Acute understanding of differing success measures between brand & sales performance
Excellent attention to detail with a strong analytical and technical mind-set
A good understanding of SEO and the ability to track rankings and create technical audits
Hands on experience of setting up digital ads from scratch
