If so, we are recruiting for a Reward and Performance Manager role that may just be of interest!
Liberty HR are absolutely delighted to be partnering with our client to gain a permanent Reward and Performance Manager. This position is full time and has the option of hybrid working.
Reporting into a fantastic HR Director, the main purpose of this role is to own and drive the reward agenda to ensure employees are engaged and incentivised. This client firmly believes that the wellbeing agenda plays a big part in achieving engagement so it also falls in the remit of this role.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
Managing the reward and wellbeing team
Leading and developing the annual pay review
Making recommendations for the reward, benefits and wellbeing agendas
Leading the wellbeing programme
Managing relationships with key external partners
Taking the lead on Adhoc projects
You will be a highly experienced, flexible and well-rounded reward specialist with strong project management skills.
You will be a naturally innovative and creative individual with a fluid approach to reward and bonuses.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to simplify complexity as well as having well developed coaching, facilitation and presentation skills.
You will be educated to at least degree level and if you hold a CIPD or post-graduate qualification in business or HR even better!
In return you will be offered a competitive salary of up to GBP90,000 per annum as well as some great company benefits.
