Simple Recruitment are seeking an Estates Caretaker to join our client based in Tiverton - Mid Devon on a temporary basis.
Pay Rate:
GBP10.19 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
The inspection and subsequent cleaning of internal and external communal areas. To include, but not limited to-
Carry out minor internal redecoration of communal areas.
Promptly remove graffiti to buildings and structures including reporting vandalism.
Report repairs and liaise with the clients technical team.
Empty litterbins and keep bin stores clean and tidy.
Grass cutting and shrub bed maintenance as required.
Requirements:
Good level of literacy and numeracy.
Strong communication skills.
Previous cleaning experience.
General knowledge with regard to cleaning and garden machinery and it s use.
Reliable, adaptable and able to work unsupervised.
You must hold a full driving licence as you will be required to drive vehicle.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
