Interaction Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for contact centre call agents who are looking for a new permanent position. This job requires hybrid working - 3 days from home and 2 days in the office in Bromford.
Our Client in Bromford is looking for both full time outbound and inbound contact centre agents.
Outbound agents will start in August - Immediate Starts.
Inbound agents will start in September.
Agents: You will be taking inbound / outbound calls and emails, using the companies internal systems to raise queries to other departments as well as in the field. You will be handling /taking calls in a professional manner.
We are looking for candidates who have a strong work ethic, good IT/administration skills and a good telephone manner
The ideal candidate will have:
Good Administrative experience
used to dealing with inbound calls
Good organisation skills
Excellent communication skills
Familiar with calls/emails/webchats
Strong IT skills
These are permanent positions with an immediate start!!
The successful candidate must be computer literate and customer service experience.
Hours - Monday to Friday working between 8am and 6pm and involves 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office
40 hours per week.
Hybrid working 2 days in the Bromford Office, 3 days working from home.
GBP20,500 OTE
Salary - GBP19,986 to start rising as each training stage is passed - company provide a reward scheme (where you can earn up to an extra GBP300 per month), and a bonus scheme (earning up to GBP160 per month), company also has a free vending machine and lots of other incentives.
Candidates will be provided with a phone, laptop, mouse etc but will need to have a good Wi-Fi connection at home.
