Trainer required on a 12-month contract for our Colchester-based client supporting their learning and development team. As the Trainer, you will support the Learning and Development Manager in delivering a broad range of training, development and learning opportunities for our employees. Our client has other offices in Essex and you will be required to travel to these offices on a regular basis. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced trainer in learning and development to join a growing and ambitious team, and a good foundation for continuing your career within L&D.
The Role
Help to support, manage, deliver and evaluate IT and soft skills training for all members of staff.
Support the learning and development manager
Develop and present blended learning training content related to projects on new and existing software through a mixture of e-learning, face to face or online training.
Inducting new colleagues onto the existing software packages
Liaising with the IT team on new projects and assisting in the delivery of the same.
Regular visits to companies other offices
The Person
Must possess previous experience in organising, planning and delivering a range of training programmes.
Ideally worked within a learning and development training position
Confident in training and presentation delivery
have excellent communication skills
Self-motivated; with the ability to motivate others
Able to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure
Available immediately to start a d happy to work on a 12-month contract

Working hours Monday to Friday 9pm
Holiday 25 days plus bank holidays
