Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager, Milton Keynes, GBP35-45k, highly reputable organisation, hybrid working
Our client, a well-established, highly reputable organisation in the Buckinghamshire area, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager to join their head finance team.
The role is responsible for day to day transaction processing with both the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Responsibilities include;
Ensure all sales invoices are accurately prepared
Manage end to end processes for both AP and AR functions
Lead and manager a team of 3-4 finance assistants
Management and reconciliation of intercompany accounts
Monitor existing processes and suggest improvements
For this position we are looking for someone who has had previous experience in dealing with both functions and someone who pays great attention to detail. Someone who can challenge existing ways of working and recommend solutions. This person will be highly IT literate, a good communicator and someone with knowledge of VAT processes.
This individual will also be self-motivated and pro-active, with the ability to work towards business deadlines. Someone who will be able to demonstrate how they can maintain and nurture relationships with their team. Any experience of working within an SME commercial environment would be beneficial
