We are recruiting for a fantastic role on behalf of our client in CMK. They are a specialist software company offering comprehensive and affordable solutions to early years childcare providers. Established in 2012, their software offers a digital end-to-end solution for the sector, making them an industry leading and highly innovative company.
Based in Milton Keynes, this is an office based or Hybrid opportunity to join their growing and friendly team at the right time and help make an impact in taking the organisation to the next level as they venture around the world.
Roles and Responsibilities
Onboarding
Manage and improve on-boarding process for new customers
Provide training on products and support portal
Monitor customer usage and analyse data to improve overall user experience
Customer Care
Develop and nurture client accounts
Explore opportunities for cross and upselling to current customers
Handle customer requests and complaints
Monitor usage statistics, responding rapidly to low/no usage
Create user networks
Channel customer feedback to support product design and development
Evaluate and manage training material and other communication infrastructure
Renewals
Manage and improve subscription renewal process
Experience Required
Experience in a Customer Success or Key Accounts Management role
Highly organised and able to multi-task with a self-driven and proactive nature
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Passion for giving the best customer service
Demonstrable experience of subscription data analysis, including, reporting, customer activity and value metrics, and financial performance
Ability to work independently but also within a team environment
Confident with technology and ability to learn a new software
Experience in the education/early years industry would be an advantage
