TSR are recruiting for our client, a highly successful Housebuilder who are looking to appoint a Group Marketing Manager to be responsible for supporting the end-to-end Customer Experience across the Group and support delivery by working with the wider business.
Reporting to the Group CEO you will;
Ensure the proposition for the brand is defined, communicated, and updated in line with changing business requirements
Ensure the tone of voice is managed and developed across all channels both online and offline with a view to deliver end-to-end consistency and brand immersion across the Group and Regional Marketing activities
Manage and deliver the Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Strategy development across websites to deliver continued growth and best practice
Development of website including content and user experience (UX)and digital sales and marketing systems in line with best practice
Creation of brand guidelines and ensuring the delivery of a consistent brand identity
Approve and oversee the creative development of Group materials including all required online and offline marketing content and templates including the development of any relevant Group campaigns and content required to drive sales
Manage the delivery of key customer communication materials e.g. Enhance and Select, Buying schemes collateral etc. - all touchpoint customer comms throughout the journey
Drive business performance improvement across the Customer Experience and User Experience for Marketing, Sales and Customer experience including participation and support in any working groups etc.
Ensure channels and the content remain compliant to all required regulatory requirements and act as the point of contact for any queries regarding these
Research and analysis of market trends and demographics, competitor analysis etc.
Analysis of data including via analytics platforms and CRM to provide valuable insight on trends including mapping and evaluating the end-to-end customer experience across channels to optimise conversion
Support and develop of Sales and Marketing strategy in line with company objectives including development of any sub strategies e.g., digital or brand
Effective communication with all company functions to ensure all departments all are kept informed of sales and marketing objectives and delivery deadlines
Provide monthly reporting across channels and project work for senior managers
Agency management including digital, offline and public relations to ensure best outputs and continued exploration/improvement of channels
Drive ongoing improvements across channels and processes using feedback including management of any business cases to support the introduction of new systems of processes
Ensure all sales and marketing documented process are updated to reflect mandatory requirements ensuring the Group is compliant
Ensure all sales and marketing processes are documented and available to the Group
Communicate new changes to sales schemes along with the creation of marketing collateral
Organisation and delivery of Group events e.g. team conferences, charity golf day, supply chain networking events etc
Support Regional Marketing Teams as required
Undertaking any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time
Managing Group PR initiatives and proof-reading all press releases
A background in the construction or property industry is preferred. Being a group position this is a role where travel between offices will be required.
