Description: Operations & Logistics Co-Ordinator
Job Purpose: To provide support for Recruitment consultants by providing executive level administrative support. This will involve clerical support, receiving calls. Arranging travel and correspondence.
9-5 Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch)
35 Hour week, 25 days Holiday + Pension and Health care
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist with shared inbox as well as personal work email.
Facilitate travel and booking of courses
GDPR emails and management
Starters and Finishers and keeping availability dates current.
Availability of personnel and ensuring files show real time availability
Management of Current contractors spreadsheet - Ensuring all personnel have contracts and in date certifications, NOK and appraisals & references.
Liaising with Finance team about travel expenses
Managing sending contracts and ensuring these are done in a timely manner
Managing Icapture (registration of new candidates)
Visas support to candidates
Maintenance of travel Spreadsheet
Competing Client Forms for NOK, Passport information
CV Formatting
Any other reasonable duties
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Recruitment Administration or a busy sales environment preferred
Good MS office skills
