Operations Coordinator
Salary: GBP21,000 - GBP24,000 per annum dependant on experience plus Bonus Scheme and other Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday- Friday 8:30am - 5pm (30minutes unpaid break)
Location: Norwich, NR5 0TL

What will you be doing?
Manage frontline service delivery for the routes within our business.
Work in partnership with the H&S team
Assist the Service Manager to ensure People management processes and procedures are adhered to in line with company policies.
Driver safety concerns, near misses and accidents are logged on AVA in a timely manner, ensuring that the issue is addressed and relevant feedback is provided.
Event investigations are completed
Delivery of a first class customer service
Robust driver debriefs capturing key performance and safety issues.
Ensure all health, safety and environmental regulations and policies are adhered to.
What are we looking for?
Good IT literacy
Strong communication skills
Good Planning and organisational skills
No experience is required as full training will be given to the successful applicant
